NexLife publishes this page and sells compounded tirzepatide and semaglutide. The price match covers compounded medication only. Brand-name Zepbound and Wegovy are FDA-approved products we don't sell.
Yes. You can switch semaglutide providers mid-treatment. At NexLife, a licensed provider reviews your current prescription, dose and health history and, when appropriate, continues your dose instead of restarting you at the lowest one. Before you stop, talk with your current prescriber and check your program’s cancellation terms. If you pay less than NexLife's $139 a month for compounded semaglutide today, we'll match your regular all-in monthly price while your plan stays active. If you pay more, NexLife's flat $139 a month, the same at every dose, already saves you money. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.

Keep following your current prescription until your NexLife provider confirms your next step.
Begin your NexLife assessment while you still have doses left, so there’s time for the review.
Your provider looks at your dose and how you're tolerating it and, when appropriate, continues it. If you've been off your medication for a while, they may start you lower, for your safety.
Read your current program’s cancellation terms, so you aren’t billed for a shipment you don’t need.
Compounded semaglutide isn’t FDA-approved and wasn’t tested in the trials behind Wegovy. If insurance covers your brand-name medication, staying on it may cost you less.
Moving between semaglutide and tirzepatide is a new prescription, and there's no official dose conversion. Your provider chooses where you start. Tirzepatide vs semaglutide.
Both are prepared by U.S.-licensed 503A pharmacies, lab-tested batch by batch and shipped free. Your provider helps you decide which one fits.

†NexLife Price Match Guarantee: for new members switching from a licensed U.S. telehealth provider with an active prescription for compounded tirzepatide or semaglutide. Send a receipt from the last 60 days and we match your regular all-in monthly price (medication plus required fees), not first-month offers or coupons, for as long as your plan stays active. A NexLife provider must determine that treatment is right for you. Full terms.
Yes. You can change providers at any time. At NexLife, a licensed provider reviews your history and current dose before prescribing and, when appropriate, continues your dose.
Not necessarily. With proof of your current prescription and dose, a NexLife provider can continue you at that dose when it's clinically appropriate. If you've been off semaglutide for a while or had side effects, they may start you lower, for your safety.
Yes, when it's clinically appropriate. Share your current dose in milligrams, the date of your last dose and your vial label, and a NexLife provider can continue you at that dose. If you've been off semaglutide for a while or had side effects, they may start you lower, for your safety.
Compounded prescriptions are written for you by a specific prescriber and filled by a specific pharmacy, so they usually aren’t transferred like a regular refill. Instead, a NexLife provider reviews your current prescription and, when appropriate, writes a new one, filled by a U.S.-licensed 503A pharmacy.
Your prescription label or a clear photo of your vial label, plus your current dose in milligrams and the date of your last dose. Give your dose in milligrams, not syringe units, because strengths differ between pharmacies.
If you’re new to NexLife and pay less for compounded semaglutide at a licensed U.S. telehealth provider, send us a receipt from the last 60 days. Your regular all-in monthly price: the medication plus any required membership, program or visit fee, on a month-to-month plan. First-month offers, coupons, referral credits and prepaid multi-month rates don't count.
Then there’s nothing to match: NexLife’s standard price applies, $139 a month for compounded semaglutide, the same at every dose with no membership. The brand-name programs we checked charge $298 to $548 a month for Wegovy.
Often, yes, after a provider’s review. Know what changes: compounded semaglutide isn’t FDA-approved, and the FDA hasn’t reviewed it for safety, effectiveness or quality. If your insurance covers the brand-name medication, staying on it may cost you less.
Yes, with a new prescription. There's no official dose conversion between them, so your provider decides where you start based on your history and how you've responded.

For as long as your NexLife plan stays active, at every dose. If you cancel and rejoin later, standard pricing applies.
No. A licensed provider reviews your health history and prescribes only if treatment is appropriate for you. The price match applies once you're prescribed.
Compounded tirzepatide and semaglutide are not FDA-approved. The FDA has not reviewed them for safety, effectiveness or quality. The risks below come from the labeling of the FDA-approved medicines.
Both medicines may cause tumors in the thyroid, including thyroid cancer. In studies with rodents they caused thyroid tumors, and it isn't known whether they cause them in people. Don't use either if you or anyone in your family has had medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC), or if you have multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2). Tell your clinician if you notice a lump or swelling in your neck, hoarseness, trouble swallowing or shortness of breath.
Serious side effects can include inflammation of the pancreas (pancreatitis), gallbladder problems, low blood sugar (especially with insulin or sulfonylureas), kidney problems from dehydration, severe stomach problems, serious allergic reactions, vision changes in people with type 2 diabetes, and depression or thoughts of suicide. Tell your care team before any surgery or procedure that uses anesthesia or deep sedation. Don't combine either medicine with other GLP-1 medicines.
Tirzepatide can make birth control pills less effective: use another method for 4 weeks after you start and after each dose increase. Semaglutide should be stopped at least 2 months before a planned pregnancy. Tell your clinician if you're pregnant, planning to be, or breastfeeding.
This is a summary, not the complete safety information. Read the full Prescribing Information for FDA-approved tirzepatide (Zepbound) and semaglutide (Wegovy), and talk with your clinician. You can report side effects to the FDA at 1-800-FDA-1088 or fda.gov/medwatch.
