Nexlife Refund Policy
Nexlife members who complete six months in the program and do not lose weight may request a refund, subject to the terms below.
We offer this because we think you should be able to try the program with a clear picture of what happens if it doesn't work for you. It is not a promise about results. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, individual results vary, and no outcome is guaranteed.

What is refunded
Program and membership fees are refundable. Medication costs are not. Medication is dispensed by an independent licensed pharmacy and cannot be returned, so its cost is excluded from any refund under this policy.
Because medication makes up most of what you pay, the refundable amount will be substantially less than your total spend. For a member on the $139/month plan, approximately $250 of the $834 paid over six months is refundable."
