Referral Program
Refer someone to Nexlife and you'll each receive $50 when they enroll.
How it works
1. Share your experience. Tell someone about Nexlife if you think the program might suit them.
2. They call us. Have them call Nexlife at (949) 818-8000 and mention your name during sign-up.
3. You both get $50. Once they complete enrollment, you receive $50 and they receive $50 off their first payment.
Terms
- Referrals must mention your name at the time of sign-up. Referrals cannot be credited afterward.
- Your referral must complete enrollment for the reward to be issued.
- Enrollment does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. All treatment decisions rest with a licensed provider.
- Rewards are issued as account credit within 5 days of enrollment.
- Limit of 10 referral rewards per member per Month.
- Nexlife may modify or end this program at any time.
