Your price comes from its quiz. TrimRx’s May 20, 2026 article says its free assessment quiz “returns the live quote based on medication choice and current promotions.”

The figures differ by page, date and medicine: $149 to $199 a month for GLP-1 on its landing page, or $142, $124 or $99 a month on 3-, 6- or 12-month plans, and $199 for semaglutide and $299 or $349 for tirzepatide in its articles. TrimRx says the price shown at intake is its standard ongoing rate.

Against the market: in our GLP-1 price index, 14 compounded tirzepatide programs charge $129 to $399 a month (median $237), and 17 semaglutide programs charge $109 to $299 (median $199), checked November 1, 2026.

Thinking of prepaying? Its articles mention quarterly and annual plans, but the pages we could read don’t say what happens if you stop partway. Here’s what to check in multi-month plans and the fine print.

Refunds

Can you get a refund from TrimRx?

Read TrimRx’s terms and conditions before you prepay: we couldn’t read them on November 1, 2026, so this review doesn’t quote them. Here’s what its own article says, and what reviewers report.

  • Shipped medication: TrimRx’s May 20, 2026 article says shipped compounded medication can’t be returned.
  • Timing: the same article says you need to cancel before your next bill date to avoid being charged for product you won’t use.
  • Prepaid plans: its articles describe quarterly and annual prepay options, but the pages we could read don’t say what happens if you stop partway.
  • What reviewers report: refund requests that were refused, delayed or never resolved come up often in its one-star Trustpilot reviews, and some reviewers say they disputed a charge with their card issuer.

From TrimRx’s article “TrimRx vs Hers: Cost and Pricing Compared” (updated May 20, 2026) and its Trustpilot profile, both read November 1, 2026.

At NexLife, “Any authorization charge is fully refunded if you’re not prescribed or don’t proceed,” as our plan pages say (read November 1, 2026).

Reviews

What do TrimRx reviews say?

Reviews are split: 54% of TrimRx’s 4,922 Trustpilot reviews give five stars and 36% give one (read November 1, 2026). Complaints center on reaching support, billing and refunds.

  • 3.4 out of 5 on Trustpilot from 4,922 reviews

What we read. The profile’s own figures, and the reviews on the first two pages of TrimRx’s Trustpilot profile, posted from March to October 2026. TrimRx claimed the profile in August 2024. Here’s what reviewers describe, in our words.

What happy reviewers mention

  • An easy website and a quick sign-up
  • Helpful, patient staff, once they reached someone
  • A fair price, with no membership fee
  • First orders that arrived on time and well packed

What unhappy reviewers mention

  • Support that’s hard to reach: unanswered calls, emails and messages, or a chatbot instead of a person
  • Charges they didn’t expect, including after canceling, and price changes
  • Refund requests refused, delayed or never resolved; some disputed the charge with their card issuer
  • Late, partial or missing orders, and a few that arrived warm

From TrimRx’s Trustpilot profile, read November 1, 2026. These are individual reports, not TrimRx’s policy, and experiences vary.

What does the FDA say to look for in a program like TrimRx?

How do you switch from TrimRx?

Time it to your bill date, and bring your dose. A licensed provider takes it from there.

  1. Time it to your bill date

TrimRx’s article says to cancel before your next bill date to avoid being charged for product you won’t use. On a prepaid plan, read its terms first.

  2. Note your medicine and dose

Your medication, your dose in milligrams and, for a vial, its strength. A photo of the label helps.

  3. Start online, about 3 minutes

A licensed provider reviews your history and your current dose online and decides whether treatment is right for you.

  4. Bring a receipt if you pay less

Vial math

How many units is your tirzepatide or semaglutide dose?

On a compounded vial, the units depend on its strength. Here are the label doses at example strengths, with the math to check your own.

Tirzepatide

Tirzepatide doses on Zepbound’s label, with the volume and units on a U-100 syringe at an example strength of 25 mg per mL; your vial’s label decides
DosemL at 25 mg/mLUnits (U-100)On the label
2.5 mg0.1 mL10 unitsStarting dose, for 4 weeks
5 mg0.2 mL20 unitsA maintenance dose
7.5 mg0.3 mL30 unitsA step up
10 mg0.4 mL40 unitsA maintenance dose
12.5 mg0.5 mL50 unitsA step up
15 mg0.6 mL60 unitsThe maximum, and a maintenance dose

The math: mL = dose ÷ strength (mg per mL), and units = mL × 100. At 25 mg/mL, 10 mg is 10 ÷ 25 = 0.4 mL, or 40 units.

Semaglutide

Semaglutide dose steps from the Wegovy label, with the volume and units on a U-100 syringe at two example strengths, 2.5 mg/mL and 5 mg/mL
WeeksWeekly doseAt 2.5 mg/mLAt 5 mg/mL
1 to 40.25 mg0.1 mL (10 units)0.05 mL (5 units)
5 to 80.5 mg0.2 mL (20 units)0.1 mL (10 units)
9 to 121 mg0.4 mL (40 units)0.2 mL (20 units)
13 to 161.7 mg0.68 mL (68 units)0.34 mL (34 units)
17 onward2.4 mg0.96 mL (96 units)0.48 mL (48 units)

The math: mL = dose ÷ strength (mg per mL); units = mL × 100. At 2.5 mg/mL, 1 mg is 1 ÷ 2.5 = 0.4 mL, or 40 units. At 5 mg/mL, the same 1 mg is 0.2 mL, or 20 units.

25 mg per mL is an example only: it’s the strength of the 15 mg multi-dose vial on Zepbound’s label (15 mg per 0.6 mL). Read the strength on your own vial’s label; your provider sets your dose, in steps at least 4 weeks apart. Every step: the tirzepatide dosage chart. Or enter your own vial’s strength in the tirzepatide and semaglutide dosage calculator. Both strengths are examples only. The same dose is a different number of units at a different strength, so read the strength on your own vial’s label. Your prescription sets your dose and schedule, which may differ from these label steps. Every step: the semaglutide dosage chart.

Can I switch from TrimRx to NexLife?

Yes, if a licensed provider decides treatment is right for you. Start online in about 3 minutes; the provider reviews your history and current dose. TrimRx’s article says to cancel before your next bill date to avoid a charge, so time your switch to it. Have your medication, your dose in milligrams and, for a vial, its strength ready.

How can I check whether TrimRx and its pharmacies are licensed?

Search for trimrx.com on LegitScript’s website before you pay. For the pharmacies TrimRx names, Olympia Pharmaceuticals and Empower Pharmacy, start at the FDA’s lookup page, then click your state to search its board of pharmacy license database.

Does TrimRx offer discounts on 3-, 6- or 12-month plans?

Yes. TrimRx’s FAQ lists GLP-1 at $199 a month, or $142, $124 or $99 a month on 3-, 6- or 12-month plans. Its May 20, 2026 article says quarterly and annual prepay options cut the monthly rate by 10% to 20%. The pages we could read don’t say what happens if you stop partway.

Does TrimRx charge for shipping?

No, shipping is included, TrimRx’s May 20, 2026 article says, along with compounded medication, clinician messaging and dose titration support. But an expedited reshipment after a missed delivery can carry a fee. At NexLife, one monthly price includes your medication, a licensed provider, a nutrition plan, a 1:1 coaching call and free expedited shipping.

Important safety information

Compounded tirzepatide and semaglutide are not FDA-approved, and the FDA hasn’t reviewed them for safety, effectiveness or quality. A provider prescribes them only when they offer a significant difference for you compared with an FDA-approved product. Both medicines may cause thyroid tumors, including cancer: don’t use either if you or a family member has had medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) or multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2).

Read the full safety information

In studies with rodents, both medicines caused thyroid tumors; it isn’t known whether they cause them in people. Tell your provider if you notice a lump or swelling in your neck, hoarseness, trouble swallowing or shortness of breath. Serious side effects can include inflammation of the pancreas (pancreatitis), gallbladder problems, low blood sugar (especially with insulin or sulfonylureas), kidney problems from dehydration, severe stomach problems, serious allergic reactions, vision changes in people with type 2 diabetes, and a faster heart rate. Tell your care team before any surgery or procedure that uses anesthesia or deep sedation. Don’t combine either medicine with other GLP-1 medicines.

Tirzepatide can make birth control pills less effective: switch to a non-oral method, or add a barrier method such as condoms, for 4 weeks after you start and for 4 weeks after each dose increase. Both medicines may harm an unborn baby. Semaglutide should be stopped at least 2 months before a planned pregnancy. Tell your provider right away if you’re pregnant, planning to be, or breastfeeding.

This is a summary, not the complete safety information. Read the full Prescribing Information for FDA-approved tirzepatide (Zepbound) and semaglutide (Wegovy), and talk with your provider. You can report side effects to the FDA at 1-800-FDA-1088 or fda.gov/medwatch.

TrimRx’s prices, terms and ratings checked November 1, 2026.

  • How we checked. TrimRx’s prices and terms come from the trimrx.com pages we could read on November 1, 2026: its landing page and two of its own articles, dated January 9, 2026 and May 20, 2026. Its treatment, FAQ and terms pages didn’t load for us that day, so we don’t quote them, and we didn’t take its quiz. Ratings and review themes come from TrimRx’s Trustpilot profile, read the same day; reviews are individual reports, not TrimRx’s policy. NexLife’s prices come from its pricing page, as of November 5, 2026. NexLife publishes this review and offers a competing program, so every fact here links to the page it comes from.
