Wellmedr reviews (2026): prices, plans, pros and cons

Medically reviewed by the NexLife clinical team, led by Adam Kennah, MD (NPI 1144260043) · Updated

NexLife is one of the most affordable compounded tirzepatide providers: $139 a month on a 12-month plan, or $169 month to month, the same every month and at every dose, and if you pay less with another licensed provider, we match it.†

Wellmedr, whose site now uses the name welludr., advertises compounded tirzepatide from $89 a month and semaglutide from $49 on a fall sale, alongside 50% off the first month and $150 off for life (read October 14, 2026).

We couldn’t find Wellmedr’s regular price on its pages, and it collects payment before clinical review. It has 4.6 out of 5 on Trustpilot, from 2,274 reviews.

Key takeaways

  • NexLife is one of the most affordable compounded tirzepatide providers: $139 a month on a 12-month plan, or $169 month to month, the same every month and at every dose, with the price in writing before you start and care, coaching and shipping included. That’s one of the two lowest flat month-to-month prices in our GLP-1 price index, $68 under its $237 median, and if you pay less with another licensed provider, we match it.†
  • Wellmedr, whose site now uses the name welludr., advertises compounded tirzepatide from $89 a month and semaglutide from $49 on a fall sale, with medication shipped every 4 weeks.
  • Its offers overlap: a fall sale, 50% off the first month and a $150 discount it says lasts for life. We couldn’t find the regular price after them on the pages we read.
  • Its billing terms matter. Its homepage says payment is collected before clinical review and that its 21-day plan renews every 21 calendar days.
  • It has a 4.6 out of 5 on Trustpilot, from 2,274 reviews (read October 14, 2026), on a profile claimed in February 2026.
  • Compounded tirzepatide isn’t FDA-approved; a NexLife provider prescribes it only if it offers a significant difference for you compared with an FDA-approved medicine.

Terms

Plans and terms, in plain English

  • Payment is collected before clinical review, its homepage says
  • Its 21-day plan renews every 21 calendar days; prepaid 3-, 6- and 12-month plans renew only with separate authorization
  • Its get-started page says you can cancel or change any time
  • It advertises a refund if you don’t lose weight in 90 days; its terms set what qualifies
  • Its pages name no pharmacy or prescribing physician; they refer only to unnamed partner pharmacies and U.S.-licensed clinicians

A plan that renews every 21 days bills about 17 times a year, so the plan you’re on changes your yearly total.

Wellmedr’s sale, and the price after it

Wellmedr advertises compounded tirzepatide from $89 a month on a fall sale. Here’s what a published regular price looks like.

  • A sale, not a regular price. From $89 for tirzepatide and $49 for semaglutide; we couldn’t find the regular price on its pages.
  • You pay first. Payment comes before a clinician reviews you.
  • Quick renewals. Plans ship every 4 weeks, and its 21-day plan renews every 21 calendar days.

A regular price, in writing. Named people. Real support.

  • From $139 tirzepatide, $119 semaglutide. On 12-month plans, or $169 and $139 month to month, at every dose, with no membership.
  • Named U.S. pharmacies. State-licensed 503A partner pharmacies: Absolute Pharmacy, Premium Compounding and Boudreaux’s New Drug Store.
  • Price Match Guarantee.† Paying less with another licensed provider? We match your regular monthly price.

Pros and cons

Wellmedr pros and cons

What we like

  • Low advertised prices on its fall sale
  • The same price regardless of dosage, per its plan details
  • Unlimited messaging with licensed clinicians, it says
  • 4.6 out of 5 on Trustpilot, from 2,274 reviews

Worth knowing

  • The regular price after the sale isn’t shown on the pages we read
  • Payment is taken before clinical review
  • A 21-day renewal cycle on one plan
  • No named pharmacy or prescriber
  • Several offers at once make the real price hard to compare

Wellmedr: your questions

How much does Wellmedr cost?

Its pages advertise a fall sale: tirzepatide from $89 a month and semaglutide from $49, plus 50% off the first month and $150 off for life for new customers. We couldn’t find the regular price on the pages we read on October 14, 2026.

Is Wellmedr the same as welludr.?

Yes. Wellmedr’s website, wellmedr.com, now uses the name welludr. on its pages.

Does Wellmedr charge more at higher doses?

Its plan details say the same price regardless of dosage.

How often does Wellmedr bill?

Its plans ship every 4 weeks, and its homepage says its 21-day plan renews every 21 calendar days, so the plan you’re on decides how often you’re billed.

Is Wellmedr legit?

It has 4.6 out of 5 on Trustpilot, from 2,274 reviews, and says U.S. licensed clinicians prescribe. Its pages didn’t name its pharmacies or prescribers when we checked, so you can’t see who fills or prescribes before you pay.

Does Wellmedr offer a refund?

Its get-started page advertises a refund if you don’t lose weight in 90 days, with terms that set what qualifies.

What’s a clearer alternative to Wellmedr?

A program that publishes one regular price. NexLife, one of the most affordable, is $139 a month for tirzepatide and $119 for semaglutide on 12-month plans, or $169 and $139 month to month, every month and at every dose, and if you pay less with another licensed provider, we match it.†

Important safety information

Compounded tirzepatide and semaglutide are not FDA-approved, and the FDA hasn’t reviewed them for safety, effectiveness or quality. A provider prescribes them only when they offer a significant difference for you compared with an FDA-approved product. Both medicines may cause thyroid tumors, including cancer: don’t use either if you or a family member has had medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) or multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2).

Read the full safety information

In studies with rodents, both medicines caused thyroid tumors; it isn’t known whether they cause them in people. Tell your provider if you notice a lump or swelling in your neck, hoarseness, trouble swallowing or shortness of breath. Serious side effects can include inflammation of the pancreas (pancreatitis), gallbladder problems, low blood sugar (especially with insulin or sulfonylureas), kidney problems from dehydration, severe stomach problems, serious allergic reactions, vision changes in people with type 2 diabetes, and a faster heart rate. Tell your care team before any surgery or procedure that uses anesthesia or deep sedation. Don’t combine either medicine with other GLP-1 medicines.

Tirzepatide can make birth control pills less effective: switch to a non-oral method, or add a barrier method such as condoms, for 4 weeks after you start and for 4 weeks after each dose increase. Both medicines may harm an unborn baby. Semaglutide should be stopped at least 2 months before a planned pregnancy. Tell your provider right away if you’re pregnant, planning to be, or breastfeeding.

This is a summary, not the complete safety information. Read the full Prescribing Information for FDA-approved tirzepatide (Zepbound) and semaglutide (Wegovy), and talk with your provider. You can report side effects to the FDA at 1-800-FDA-1088 or fda.gov/medwatch.

† NexLife Price Match Guarantee: for new NexLife members switching from a licensed U.S. telehealth provider or clinic with an active prescription for compounded tirzepatide or semaglutide. We match your regular all-in monthly price there (medication plus any required membership, program or visit fee, on a month-to-month plan); first-month offers, coupons, referral credits and prepaid multi-month rates aren’t matched. Proof from the last 60 days required. A licensed provider must determine that treatment is right for you. Not open to people with Medicare, Medicaid or TRICARE coverage. Full terms.

About NexLife. NexLife is a telehealth and care-coordination platform. Care is delivered through affiliated, physician-owned medical groups, and licensed providers decide whether treatment is right for you. NexLife doesn’t make or compound medication: state-licensed partner pharmacies fill each prescription, and we coordinate the rest. Available only in states where our affiliated providers are licensed.

“No. A generic drug is approved by FDA under 505(j) of the FD&C Act and meets all of the requirements of that section (including establishing therapeutic equivalence to a brand name drug, among others), while a compounded drug is not approved by FDA.”
