NexLife Announces October 2026 GLP-1 Price Index on Online Prices of Compounded Tirzepatide and Semaglutide
Disclosure: NexLife offers compounded tirzepatide and semaglutide programs and is one of the 21 programs included in the index.
WILMINGTON, Del., Oct. 12, 2026 -- NexLife announces a new report, the October 2026 NexLife GLP-1 Price Index, on the monthly prices of compounded tirzepatide and compounded semaglutide at online telehealth programs in the United States. This can be accessed in full here: https://nexlife.us/pages/glp-1-price-index
The index records the all-in, month-to-month prices that 21 online telehealth programs publish on their own websites, checked on Oct. 7–8, 2026, and links each price to its source. It counts any required membership in the price, flags prices that rise with the dose and labels sale prices, so readers can see what treatment costs over time, not only a starting price.

Key findings from the October 2026 index
- Compounded tirzepatide prices: 14 programs publish a month-to-month price, from $129 to $399 a month all-in, with a median of $222. The lowest, $129, covers low doses only.
- Compounded semaglutide prices: 16 programs publish one, from $79 to $299 a month, with a median of $175. The lowest, $79, is a labeled sale price.
- One price at every dose: 10 of the 14 tirzepatide programs and 10 of the 16 semaglutide programs say their price stays the same as the dose increases.
- Required memberships: at three tirzepatide programs, a required membership adds $79 to $99 a month, which the index includes in their price.
- Data and citation: the full index can be downloaded as a CSV file, with each program’s price, plan, dose policy, source link and check date.

The index is intended to help consumers and reporters compare published prices for compounded GLP-1 medications on the same basis. Compounded medications are prepared by state-licensed pharmacies for individual prescriptions and are not FDA-approved.

Questions about the index and NexLife’s prices
How much does compounded tirzepatide cost online in 2026?
At the 14 online programs in the NexLife GLP-1 Price Index that publish a month-to-month price, compounded tirzepatide costs $129 to $399 a month all-in, with a median of $222, as of October 2026. NexLife charges $169 a month at every dose, or $139 a month on a 12-month plan, with no membership fee.
How much does compounded semaglutide cost online in 2026?

What is the cheapest compounded tirzepatide online?
In the index, the lowest month-to-month price is $129, at low doses only; the lowest that stays the same at every dose is $139. Compare the all-in price at the dose you’ll stay on. NexLife charges $169 at every dose and matches a lower regular price for new members switching from a licensed U.S. telehealth provider; terms apply.
How does the NexLife GLP-1 Price Index count a monthly price?
It uses each program’s all-in, month-to-month price: the medication, provider care and any required membership. Where the price rises with the dose, it shows the lowest published price and flags it; sale prices are labeled with the regular price; and every price links to the program’s own website, checked Oct. 7–8, 2026. The full data is a free CSV download.
How much does tirzepatide cost without insurance?
Eli Lilly lists brand-name Zepbound through LillyDirect starting at $299 to $449 per 28-day supply, for the medication alone; the $449 price for 7.5 mg to 15 mg requires refills within 45 days. Compounded tirzepatide is a different product and isn’t FDA-approved; at the 14 programs in the NexLife index that publish a month-to-month price, its median is $222.
How do I choose the best online provider for tirzepatide or semaglutide?
Check five things: a prescriber licensed in your state; a named, state-licensed pharmacy; the all-in price at your maintenance dose, not the starting dose; support you can reach when you need it; and clear refund and cancellation terms. NexLife publishes all five on its plan pages, and its price-match terms at nexlife.us/pages/switch-glp-1-provider.
Does NexLife match lower prices for compounded tirzepatide and semaglutide?
Yes, for new members switching from a licensed U.S. telehealth provider with an active prescription. With a receipt from the last 60 days, NexLife matches the regular all-in monthly price, tirzepatide for tirzepatide or semaglutide for semaglutide, on its month-to-month plan while the plan stays active. A NexLife provider must determine treatment is right for you; Medicare, Medicaid and TRICARE patients aren’t eligible.
What does NexLife’s $169 tirzepatide plan include?
The medication, a physician’s review and ongoing medical guidance, a personalized GLP-1 nutrition plan, a 1:1 fitness call with a certified wellness coach, 24/7 support by call or text, and free expedited shipping. The price is the same at every dose. NexLife’s $139 semaglutide plan includes the same care.
Is compounded tirzepatide the same as Zepbound, or compounded semaglutide the same as Wegovy?
No. Zepbound and Wegovy are FDA-approved medicines made by Eli Lilly and Novo Nordisk. Compounded tirzepatide and semaglutide are prepared by state-licensed pharmacies for individual prescriptions; they are not FDA-approved and are not generic versions of either. A provider can explain FDA-approved options, too.
Important Safety Information
Compounded tirzepatide and compounded semaglutide are not FDA-approved, and the FDA has not reviewed them for safety, effectiveness or quality. They are available only if a prescriber determines that the compounded medication provides a significant difference for the patient compared with an FDA-approved product. Compounded semaglutide is not Ozempic® or Wegovy®, and compounded tirzepatide is not Mounjaro® or Zepbound®. Ozempic and Wegovy are registered trademarks of Novo Nordisk A/S; Mounjaro and Zepbound are registered trademarks of Eli Lilly and Company. NexLife is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Novo Nordisk, Eli Lilly or any other company in the index.
Both medicines may cause thyroid tumors, including cancer. Do not use either if you or a family member has had medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC), or if you have multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2). Serious side effects can include inflammation of the pancreas (pancreatitis), gallbladder problems, low blood sugar (especially with insulin or sulfonylureas), kidney problems from dehydration, severe stomach problems, serious allergic reactions, vision changes in people with type 2 diabetes, and depression or thoughts of suicide. Tell your provider before any surgery or procedure that uses anesthesia or deep sedation, and don’t combine either medicine with other GLP-1 medicines. Tirzepatide can make birth control pills less effective: use another method for 4 weeks after starting and after each dose increase. Semaglutide should be stopped at least 2 months before a planned pregnancy. Tell your provider if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding. This is a summary, not the complete safety information; read the Prescribing Information for Zepbound and Wegovy, and talk with your provider.
