How Nexlife works, in 3 simple steps
Share your health history for a physician’s review
If prescribed, delivered to your door
Ongoing care and 24/7 customer support
Tirzepatide acts on two gut hormone pathways involved in appetite regulation and gastric emptying. Your physician determines if this treatment is clinically appropriate for you.
Nothing is automatic. Compounded tirzepatide is available only if your prescriber determines that it provides a significant difference for you compared to an FDA-approved product.
Consult with your prescriber before starting the medication and report any adverse effects. Any questions along the way? Our customer support team answers 24/7, and physicians respond during clinical hours.
Results vary by individual and depend on adherence, diet, activity, and provider guidance. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated for effectiveness.
Who does what. Clear roles, no guesswork.
Am I eligible?
Let’s find out, together. Complete a short online health assessment, and a licensed provider will review your health history before determining whether treatment is clinically appropriate. Not everyone who completes an assessment will be prescribed treatment. Nexlife is available only in states where affiliated providers are licensed. Your provider can also walk you through FDA-approved alternatives. Questions along the way? Our customer support team answers them 24/7.
How much does compounded tirzepatide cost?
$169 a month at every dose, no hidden fees. Any authorization charge is fully refunded if you’re not prescribed or don’t proceed. Longer 3-, 6-, and 12-month plans start only if you’re prescribed; unshipped months are refunded if treatment stops. Klarna and Afterpay are accepted. FSA and HSA cards may be used for eligible portions of your plan.
How does tirzepatide work for weight management?
Tirzepatide is a dual glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) and glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP) receptor agonist. It acts on two hormone pathways involved in appetite regulation and gastric emptying. A licensed provider decides if it’s appropriate, based on your medical history. Compounded tirzepatide is not FDA-approved and has not been evaluated for effectiveness.
What is compounded tirzepatide?
It’s prepared by a state-licensed compounding pharmacy, and a provider may prescribe it following an individual evaluation. Compounded tirzepatide is available only if your prescriber determines that it provides a significant difference for you compared to an FDA-approved product. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and not reviewed by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality. Compounded tirzepatide is not Mounjaro® or Zepbound®.
What if compounded tirzepatide isn’t right for me?
It happens, and it’s exactly why a physician reviews first. Any authorization charge is fully refunded if you’re not prescribed or don’t move forward. Your provider decides whether compounded tirzepatide is right for you, based on your medical history, other medications, and clinical profile. If it isn’t, FDA-approved alternatives exist, and your provider can talk them through with you. Either way, our customer support team is here for you 24/7, with answers about your account and next steps.
Who prescribes compounded tirzepatide through Nexlife?
Only physicians with Nexlife Medical Group, an affiliated medical group, prescribe it. Each is an MD or DO, licensed in the state where you’re located, who uses independent medical judgment. Nexlife is a care-coordination platform: we don’t practice medicine, and we don’t make, compound, or dispense medication.
What should I know before starting?
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality. That means less is known about them than about approved medicines.
Consult with your prescriber before starting the medication and report any adverse effects. Please be complete and honest in your health assessment; it helps your provider decide what’s right for you. Questions come up, and that’s normal: our customer support team answers 24/7, and physicians are available during clinical hours. For a medical emergency, call 911.
Whether treatment is appropriate for you depends on your medical history, and only a licensed provider can make that determination. Read the Important Information and Disclosures before starting, and discuss any concerns with your provider.
Can I talk with a provider first?
Yes. Book a free 20-minute consultation with our care team using the form below. This call is informational. A prescription is issued only after you complete the health assessment and a physician determines treatment is appropriate.
Prefer to start with a quick question? Call or text +1 (949) 818-8000. Our customer support team picks up day or night, and physicians reply during clinical hours. You’ll hear plainly what happens next, and exactly what it costs.
When you’re ready, start your health assessment online, from home. A licensed physician reviews your answers. Take your time.
What happens after completing my health assessment?
A licensed provider reviews your responses and health history and determines whether treatment is clinically appropriate. Not everyone is approved. If a prescription is issued, it is sent to a state-licensed compounding pharmacy and shipped to your address. Delivery times vary by pharmacy processing and location.
How is Nexlife different from other GLP-1 programs?
Every Nexlife plan includes the whole team: licensed physicians with Nexlife Medical Group, a personalized GLP-1-focused nutrition plan, a 1:1 call with a certified wellness coach, and 24/7 customer support from real people — with physician access during clinical hours. One price at every dose, no hidden fees, free expedited shipping. You can book a free 20-minute consultation with our care team before you start. Nexlife is LegitScript-certified and works only with compounding pharmacies that are LegitScript-certified and accredited by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy. We’re with you from day one.
Do I need to see a doctor in person?
No in-person visit is required. Your evaluation and ongoing care are conducted online. A physician licensed in your state reviews your health information, determines whether treatment is appropriate, and monitors your progress remotely. Care may be delivered by live video or by physician review of what you submit, depending on your state and your physician’s judgment.
How does shipping work?
Once a provider approves treatment, your medication is prepared by a state-licensed compounding pharmacy and shipped to your home. Delivery times vary by pharmacy processing, your location, and applicable law. Shipments are discreetly packaged.
What kind of support do I receive?
Two kinds, working together. Real people on our customer support team answer 24/7 for anything about your account, orders, or shipping. Nexlife Medical Group physicians handle medical questions during clinical hours. You also get a personalized nutrition plan and a 1:1 call with a certified wellness coach.
Can I cancel or adjust my plan?
Yes. Your plan renews until you cancel. To cancel, call, text, email, or send a Healthie message, and we’ll send your cancellation link. Cancellations take effect after 30 days, so you may receive and be charged for one additional shipment, unless Nexlife Medical Group approves stopping sooner for medical reasons. On 3-, 6-, and 12-month plans, unshipped months are refunded. Your provider can adjust your dosing or treatment.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION & DISCLOSURES
About Nexlife. Nexlife is a telehealth and care-coordination platform. Nexlife does not practice medicine, and does not manufacture, compound, test, label, or dispense any medication. Clinical services are provided by licensed providers with Nexlife Medical Group P.C., an affiliated medical group. Completing an online assessment does not create a provider–patient relationship; that relationship is formed only on clinical review and acceptance by a licensed provider. Providers exercise independent medical judgment and may prescribe, adjust, pause, or decline treatment based on clinical appropriateness, your medical history, contraindications, and applicable state law.
Pharmacy fulfillment. Prescriptions are fulfilled by Absolute Pharmacy (Lutz, FL), Premium Compounding (Decatur, AL), and Boudreaux’s New Drug Store (Lake Charles, LA), each state-licensed and operating under state board oversight and applicable sterile compounding standards. The pharmacy dispenses only on a valid prescription, and formulation is determined by the prescriber and the pharmacy. Fulfillment may vary by patient location, provider direction, pharmacy availability, and applicable law. Product appearance, concentration, packaging, and labeling may vary by pharmacy and state, and may differ from images shown on this website.
Service availability. Nexlife services are available only to individuals physically located in U.S. states where affiliated providers are licensed and pharmacy fulfillment is permitted. Individual results vary. Nexlife does not guarantee weight loss, treatment success, clinical outcomes, prescription approval, medication eligibility, pharmacy availability, or delivery timelines. Service availability, medication access, pharmacy options, formulations, pricing, and platform features may change.
Consult with your prescriber before starting the medication and report any adverse effects. Report side effects to your provider, to the dispensing pharmacy, or to the FDA at 1-800-FDA-1088 or www.fda.gov/medwatch. For a medical emergency, call 911. Withholding or providing inaccurate information about your health and medical history in order to obtain treatment may result in harm, including, in some cases, death.
Compounded tirzepatide is available only if your prescriber determines that it provides a significant difference for you compared to an FDA-approved product. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for safety, effectiveness, or quality. Compounded semaglutide is not Ozempic® or Wegovy®, and compounded tirzepatide is not Mounjaro® or Zepbound®. Ozempic® and Wegovy® are registered trademarks of Novo Nordisk A/S; Mounjaro® and Zepbound® are registered trademarks of Eli Lilly and Company. Nexlife is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Novo Nordisk or Eli Lilly. FDA-approved alternatives exist — ask your provider about them.
